André works in the areas of commercial and corporate law, private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and has extensive experience in capital raising operations, both domestically and internationally.
André’s activity is focused on acquisition operations by Portuguese companies, both in Portugal and internationally, as well as negotiating and contracting joint venture operations and international strategic alliances.
André frequently participates in complex negotiation processes at the pre-litigation and litigation stages, and has a great deal of experience in matters involving media law.
André is a member of governing bodies of funds and commercial companies, including companies listed on the Portuguese stock exchange.
André is a member of the Lisbon Regional Council of the Portuguese Bar Association.
