Bruno works in the areas of commercial/corporate law, and public law, particularly in advising companies and entities in the agro-industrial sector.
Bruno is a Trainer in national and European agricultural and agro-industrial legislation at Instituto Superior de Agronomia, Universidade de Lisboa, where he teaches Public Law and Agricultural Policy.
Previously, Bruno was Chief of Staff to the Minister of Agriculture and Food in the XXIII Constitutional Government, and Chief of Staff to the Secretary of State for Planning in the XXII Constitutional Government.
Bruno was an Assistant to the Economy Minister, the Secretary of State for Economy and the Secretary of State for Industry in the XXI and XXII Constitutional Governments.

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Faculdade de Direito, Universidade de Coimbra.
Master’s student in Business and Labour Law at ISCTE-IUL.
Currently attending a postgraduate course in Business Management at ISEG.
